- Optional metrics data files
- This data is processed to generate your analysis
Usage Data
- Engine run history (dates, completion status)
- Basic analytics (number of posts processed)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Service
- Process your payments
- Generate your analysis deliverables
- Send transactional emails (receipts, access confirmations)
- Provide customer support if needed
- Improve the Service
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Use your LinkedIn data for any purpose other than generating your analysis
- Send marketing emails without your consent
- Share your data with advertisers
3. Data Storage and Security
- Account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
- Uploaded files are processed and stored temporarily for download
- Analysis outputs are retained for your access during your licence period
- Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Render)
4. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active
- Uploaded files: Processed and may be deleted after analysis completion
- Analysis outputs: Available for download during your licence period
- Payment records: Retained as required for accounting and legal purposes
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe: Payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- Render: Cloud hosting infrastructure
- Anthropic: AI model provider for analysis (data not stored by Anthropic)
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
