Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TJRB Forensic Content Engine™ ("Service", "Engine", "Product") provided by Thomas J. R. Barker ("Licensor", "we", "us").

By purchasing or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

1. Service Description

The TJRB Forensic Content Engine is a proprietary data analysis platform that processes LinkedIn data exports to generate content strategy insights. The Service produces:

• PDF Content Spine document
• Excel Intelligence Workbook
• AI Prompt Pack
• Commercial Licence documentation
• Usage Guide

2. Products and Pricing

The Service is offered under two pricing tiers:

Single Analysis (£1,250)

• One-time payment
• Single engine run
• All deliverables for that run
• Commercial licence for outputs

Unlimited Access (£4,999)

• One-time payment
• Unlimited engine runs for 12 months from purchase date
• All deliverables for each run
• Commercial licence for all outputs

3. Licence Grant

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Use the analysis outputs for your own content strategy
• Apply insights and recommendations to your LinkedIn content
• Reference the deliverables internally within your organisation

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell the Service outputs or access to any third party
• Redistribute the deliverables in any form
• White-label or rebrand the outputs as your own service
• Create derivative products based on the Engine's methodology
• Reverse engineer the Engine's algorithms or processes
• Share login credentials with others outside your organisation
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download outputs

5. Data and Privacy

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you provide to the Service. The Service processes:

• LinkedIn data export files (CSV format)
• Optional metrics data (JSON format)

We process your data solely to generate your analysis outputs. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Intellectual Property

The TJRB Forensic Content Engine, including its algorithms, methodology, code, branding, and documentation, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Thomas J. R. Barker.

Your purchase grants a licence to use the outputs, not ownership of the underlying technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or outcomes from using the analysis
• Accuracy of all insights (analysis is based on the data you provide)
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• Compatibility with all data formats or edge cases

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or reputational harm
• We are not responsible for how you apply the analysis to your content strategy

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to abuse or exploit the Service

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
